About Us

The Hilton family is proud to supply our local community and beyond with healthy, nutritious protein in our quality beef.  The Hilton Family has farmed northern Davidson County, NC for well over four generations.  We raise grass fed, grain finished cattle and are proud to offer our cuts direct to consumer - from our farm to your table!  We're passionate about promoting the farmstead lifestyle and proud of the cattle and horses that God has entrusted us with.

Adam is a soil and water conservationist, an avid hunter, and family man.  Rachel is well versed in the art of horsemanship and trains horses in the western and dressage disciplines.  We got married in 2025 and our focus is on growing and nurturing our  family, gracefully tending our farmland and developing our animals, and serving our community with care and compassion.

Why Us

Quality Meats

We are dedicated to producing the highest quality beef, ensuring top-notch flavors and freshness for our customers.  In order to accomplish this, our cattle are grass fed and finished with brewers grain that is sourced from a local brewery.  This provides the proper nutrients to help grow healthy cattle, and translates into nutritious and palatable cuts.

Christ-Centered Approach

We're grateful for the gifts that God has given us, and strive to live out our faith in simple, daily ways.  We hope that we can preserve and pass on the blessings, through the way we handle our daily business, in the way we contribute to our customers' lives, and in the way we care for and nurture our family.

Regenerative Practices

We have been caring for our land and livestock in sustainable and regenerative practices before those words became trendy marketing key words.  We use rotational grazing management to keep our soil and grasses healthy.
